## 1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

1.1. This agreement ("Agreement") constitutes a legally binding contract between you ("User") and the Betseek application ("Application"), which is operated and managed by Bet Comrade ("Company").

1.2. By installing, accessing, or using the Application, you expressly declare that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.

## 2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

2.1. The Betseek Application is an artificial intelligence platform that provides predictions for football matches through an advanced AI system.

2.2. Predictions are provided exclusively for informational and entertainment purposes and do not constitute investment advice.

## 3. DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

3.1. The Application and Company expressly disclaim all liability for:

- a) Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- b) Loss of profits, revenue, data, or assets
- c) Financial losses arising from betting activities

3.2. The Application's predictions:

- a) Are based on algorithmic analysis and do not guarantee accuracy of results
- b) Do not constitute professional betting advice
- c) Should not be considered as a basis for investment decisions

## 4. USER OBLIGATIONS

4.1. The User acknowledges and agrees that:

- a) They are solely responsible for their betting decisions
- b) They will use the Application responsibly
- c) They are over 18 years of age
- d) They comply with all applicable laws and regulations

## 5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

5.1. All intellectual property rights, including algorithms, code, predictions, and content, belong exclusively to the Company.

## 6. MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION

6.1. The Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time, with or without notice.

6.2. The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend any user's access to the Application at its sole discretion.

## 7. APPLICABLE LAW

7.1. This Agreement is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Hellenic Republic.

7.2. Any dispute arising from or in relation to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
